HAMRADIOSOLUTIONS offers for all its products three (3) years limited warranty. ( excluding cables and keyboard ) . The product must not be modified in any way or the warranty is voided. The warranty does not cover damage caused by shipping, failure to follow instructions, incorrect installation, lightning, or excessive voltage. The product will be either repaired or replaced, based on our tech department decision. This decision is final. Shipping for repair returning are at customer charge.

We are commited to ship up to 15 business days since receipt of your payment even not different agreement between the parts. Shipments are sent by Standard Postal Services or Fast Courier Services, depending on service available for country of delivery and from your selection. Shipping charges are based on total weight of your order. Shipping delivery for Postal Standard Service is 4 -15 business days. Shipping delivery for Fast Courier Services is 2-6 business days. Tracking number is available upon request only for Fast Courier Services.
